Can I pick up my order if I am local to Calgary?

Yes, you can! You are welcome to pick up your order from my home in NE Calgary. Please use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, and you won't be charged shipping on your purchase. I'll be in touch with my address and to arrange a time and date for pick up.

If you have a discount code that you would like to use as well, please email me, as my shop can only take one code at a time.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! You can receive free shipping on orders of $175 or more - just use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout. Please note that offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

On orders below $175, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $12 within Canada, and $25 for international orders.

Where do you ship to? 

Shipping for jewellery and crystals is available within Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 

For the time being, I am pausing all product shipments to the United States. If you are located in the USA, you can still purchase Online Reiki Trainings, Reiki Mentorship Sessions, Distance Reiki Sessions, and Virtual Feng Shui Consultations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Your order will be prepared for shipping in 1-4 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping within Calgary takes 1-2 business days. For shipping within Canada, your package will arrive in 2-8 business days. International orders will arrive in 10-27 business days.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any additional customs or duties fees associated with their order.

How do I know which piece of jewellery or which crystal to choose?

Typically, the one that draws you in first is the one that will do the best work for you. If you are going through something specific that you would like some crystal assistance with, please email me and I will gladly offer you further guidance.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Where do your crystals and mala beads come from?

The crystals, beads, and Italian sterling silver chains are sourced from local shops here in Calgary, and across Canada. Every piece is handmade with love at my home in Calgary.

Do you do custom orders?

I'm happy to offer custom work. Please email me to start the conversation about your custom order and to get a quote.

Do you make men's pieces?

Yes! Please email me to inquire about custom men's pieces.

What is your return and repair policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and I will do my best to help resolve your situation. Exchanges are accepted on jewellery (with the exception of custom orders) within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that in order to qualify for an exchange, jewellery must be returned with its original packaging. Shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Crystals are not available for returns or exchanges. Natural inclusions are part of a crystal's beauty and will not be considered as a reason for a replacement.

If you need a repair done on your jewellery, please reach out anytime. If your mala breaks, it traditionally means that a cycle is complete, and is considered a positive sign. Mala necklaces and bracelets can be restrung, if you desire. Often times people do feel a calling to select a new set of mala beads to align with new intentions when their mala breaks. Please reach out if you would like your mala beads or bracelets restrung. A fee will apply for all repairs / restringing. 

What is your refund policy for courses and sessions?

Courses and sessions are not available for refunds. A lot of love and energy goes into these offerings and it is often very sacred information that is being shared with you. I always ask that you please respect the information you are receiving and honor the exchange of energy that has taken place.

What method of payment do you accept?

I use Paypal as my method of payment. E-transfer is also an option if you are located within Canada.

Do you do bridal party orders?

I do! I love working with brides and helping them choose pieces for the special people that will be a part of their wedding day. I have also crafted custom pieces for brides themselves. Please email me to get the conversation started on your bridal order.

What currency is your pricing in?

All prices are in Canadian (CAD) dollars.

Do you offer e-gift cards?

Yes! Please email me to purchase an e-gift card. E-gift cards can be used towards all jewellery, crystals, healing sessions, and online courses, and have no expiry date.

Please note that e-gift cards are only available for purchase and redemption within Canada, the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. 

If your recipient is located in Canada, Australia or New Zealand, they are welcome to use their e-gift card towards anything in the shop. If your recipient is located in the US or the UK, e-gift cards can only be used towards healing sessions and courses for the time being.

E-gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

At Earth Elements, your trust is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, purchase our jewellery, or book our services, including Reiki and Feng Shui.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our products and services.

a) Information You Choose to Share

When you make a purchase, book a service, or contact us, you may provide:

- Email address

- Billing and shipping address

- Phone number (if provided)

- Information shared in connection with bookings, trainings, or consultations

Payments are processed securely through Big Cartel’s approved payment providers. We do not have access to or store your full payment details.

b) Automatically Collected Information

Our website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. However, basic technical information (such as IP address or browser type) may be temporarily logged by our hosting or payment providers for security and operational purposes.

Your information is used thoughtfully and responsibly to:

- Fulfill orders

- Provide Reiki, Feng Shui, and related services or trainings

- Communicate with you about purchases, bookings, or inquiries

Our shop is hosted on Big Cartel, and payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors such as PayPal, or similar services available at checkout.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your information may be shared only when necessary with:

- Payment processors and service providers involved in fulfilling your order or booking

- Email, scheduling, or administrative platforms (if applicable)

We offer products and services to customers in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
